Service Description
This is our straight to student end of tenancy clean - and exactly what it says on the tin. We handle all of your clean within your property including appliances, ovens, internal windows! And of course all the other areas that get messy in your home. Please note a 4 bed end of tenancy includes - 4 bedrooms 1 living area 1 kitchen area 1 bathroom
Cancellation Policy
Don’t stress... about these T&Cs. They’re clear, plain & simple so we are all on the same page! TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ● Full payment is required a minimum of 14 days prior to the date the work is booked. ● If you have not paid 14 days in advance of your clean date you are likely to lose your booked slot and therefore you may lose your clean. ● If you cancel, we require a minimum of 14 days written notice in advance of the booked date. Later than this we will bill 50% of the total quote. ● Our quote is based on customer description - like size and type of property. If we feel that our quote does not match the work required to pass the EOT inspection we will inform you in advance for your approval to increase the charges. If you do not approve any additional work we will clean up to the cost we have. If so, you may not pass inspection. ● If with our experience of cleaning student properties, we feel yours is exceptionally dirty - you may incur extra cost. ● Additional costs will be invoiced for payment within 7 days. ● We will not enter a property if we do not feel it is Safe - this includes undisclosed weapons or drug paraphernalia as well any structural issues. If the work is not executed as a result, we will refund you 50% of the fee paid. ● Rubbish is not included in our quote. If you have rubbish at moving, that you would like us to remove, let us know so we will invoice you an agreed additional fee. ● Wet Carpet Cleaning is not included in our quote. If a carpet clean is needed, we will invoice an additional fee at your agreement. ● If you require a date change we can only accommodate within 7 days notice of your clean. We cannot guarantee we will have the availability you require, we will always do our best. ● Mistakes can happen. If any accidental damage is caused, we will inform you immediately and come to an agreement in relation to this damage. We have public liability insurance in place too. ● If something was missed, you have 48 HOURS to contact us and we will always aim to go back and fix the issue at no extra cost - this applies unless we have pointed out to you that we would charge more for the work required, or if you have returned to the property after the work is completed and made any mess. ● If your landlord/agent is unhappy with the clean - photographic evidence will need to be given with the original inventory. By confirming your clean date, all tenants at the property confirm their acceptance of these T&Cs. Any questions, just ask!
